Appalachian Animal Clinic offers comprehensive services ranging from Wellness and Prevention to Advanced Care and Surgical Procedures. You will have access to Testing and Diagnostics and the opportunity to manage Urgent Care cases, broadening your clinical expertise daily. Furthermore, the clinic supports efficient patient care through options like same-day availability and drop-off appointments. What You'll Bring to the Team Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
