You worked hard to earn your CDL. Now it's time to start making money.
If you recently graduated from CDL school, we'll help you make the transition from the classroom to the driver's seat.
At O'Connell Motor Freight, you're not expected to figure everything out alone. You'll train one-on-one with an experienced mentor, gain real-world driving experience, and move into your own assigned truck once you're ready.
Here's what you can expect:- $850/week during paid training
- Your own assigned truck after training
- Earn $1,600-$1,800+ per week as a solo driver
- Weekly or bi-weekly home time
- No-touch dry van freight
- Pet & rider policy available
- Paid one-on-one mentor training
