Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager

Sage is scaling its North America account-based marketing program, and this role will help shape how we identify, prioritize, engage, and convert high-value mid-market accounts across the U.S. and Canada. As Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will lead a high-visibility ABM program focused on outbound pipeline growth, Sales and BDR alignment, account engagement, and measurable opportunity creation. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to take ownership to refine structure to a growing and maturing ABM program, with leadership empowerment and support who are invested in helping the program scale. This role is designed for an ABM marketer who has helped build, scale, or improve a B2B account-based program and can move confidently between strategy and execution planning in a cross-functional environment. You will have access to an established ABM tech stack, agency support, sales partnership, and a clear business need to create a more connected and measurable ABM engine across North America. Location Requirement: Hybrid 3 days per week from either our Austin office (405 Colorado St.) or Atlanta office (Ponce City Market) Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of B2B/SaaS ABM/ABX account-based marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of ABM programs. You have developed and executed scalable ABM programs for mid-market or enterprise B2B organizations, including 1:few and 1:many strategies, with targeted 1:1 campaigns. Strong understanding of ICP development, account segmentation, intent data, contact acquisition, and buying committee strategies. You're proficient in ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase, CRMs such as Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms. You have partnered closely with Sales and BDR/SDR teams to align account prioritization and drive coordinated inbound and outbound account engagement. You can speak to running coordinated ABM campaigns across paid media, LinkedIn, display advertising, email, content, and other digital channels. You have used engagement, intent, conversion, pipeline, attribution, and ROI data to optimize account progression and marketing efficiency. You bring strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and manage campaigns, budgets, and priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sage City
