This Job Might Be For You If: You love talking to people and are comfortable making 100+ outbound phone calls every day to hot internet leads and live transfers. You do not fear rejection. What You Will Do Every Day: Make Outbound Calls : Work our daily marketing leads to quote and close new auto and fire insurance accounts. Bundle and Multi-Line : Use our proven script to find bundling discounts for clients, adding multiple lines of protection to every household. Pivot to Life & Health : Act as a true risk advisor by talking to families about life and health supplements to protect their futures. Hit Daily Targets : Maintain a high level of activity to close a minimum of 2 policies per day. What We Offer You: Competitive base salary paid twice a month. Uncapped commission structure that rewards your total monthly sales volume. Multi-line bundling cash bonuses ($50 extra per bundle). Paid time off and holiday pay. Full coaching, script training, and system tools to help you succeed. Requirements: Must be able to obtain or already possess an active Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license. (We can help guide you through this process!). Strong, clear communication skills over the phone. Basic computer skills to navigate quoting tools and customer files.
