Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and insightful questions.
- Guide customers through our inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
- Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle options clearly.
- Negotiate pricing and complete sales contracts accurately.
- Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new models, features, and financing options.
Requirements

- Self-starters with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communicators who can build trust fast
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A genuine passion for cars and helping people find the perfect vehicle.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
