The Production Manager would be responsible for supervising, assigning, and prioritizing work for chemical operators and shift personnel. Drive team performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement.

responsibilities:

• Enforce EHS compliance, lead safety meetings, and respond to emergency incidents.

• Foster a culture of safety and quality.

• Supervise, assign, and prioritize work for chemical operators and shift personnel.

• Drive team performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement.

• Monitor DCS systems, equipment, and workflows to hit daily production targets.

• Direct swing shift operations and support Synthesis and Paste production.

• Resolve process and equipment issues alongside maintenance, lab, and technical teams.

• Maintain detailed batch records and logs for smooth cross-shift handoffs.
