Receptionist
Biopharmaceutical Company seeking a Receptionist for a short term contract in Rockville, MD.
Oversee daily front desk and reception operations, including call management, visitor greeting, reception area upkeep, and adherence to visitor access procedures.
Manage visitor check-in, badges, deliveries, taxi vouchers, loaner badges, mail, shipping, office supplies, and FedEx account activity.
Coordinate reception coverage, conference room scheduling, transportation requests, office support services, and employee care deliveries in partnership with Human Resources.
Provide administrative support for procurement (purchase requisitions), service requests, office cost tracking, company communications, emergency preparedness, and other operational needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
High school diploma or higher (HS or BS).
2+ years of industry experience.
Proven reliability and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage electronic files logically and maintain a professional, courteous manner in person and over the phone.
Strong customer service orientation.
