Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and brand awareness activities. Responsibilities- Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Participate in in-person promotional activities and community events.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Support promotional materials, displays, and campaign activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
- Gather customer feedback to support future initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve promotional goals.
- Maintain a professional and positive presence during customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
