A growing law firm in the Los Angeles area, considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation, seeks a highly-qualified marketing assistant to join its expanding team. The firm has a robust caseload, in federal and state courts, against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. Focusing on the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters. The firm has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers in California.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct internet research to support marketing campaigns and projects.
• Prepare, print and distribute letters and marketing materials.
• Organize and send out mailings.
• Handle copying and filing tasks to ensure smooth document management
• Review and proofread documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• · Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and other applications and/or systems (i.e., Adobe, Internet);
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous office experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
