You will report to the **MRO Quality Manager** and gain hands-on experience supporting and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS).This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in quality assurance within a regulated aerospace environment. This position will have an **onsite** work structure in **Miramar, FL**.**To be considered for the MRO** **Quality Administrator** **opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:*** High School diploma required.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Prior Aviation/MRO experience a plus.* Experience with Syteline ERP system is preferred or the ability to quickly learn new software.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Previous experience or exposure to ISO 9001, AS9110, or AS9100 standards is an asset but not required.**As an MRO** **Quality Administrator****, you will:*** Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).* Enter, update, and maintain quality-related data within the company's ERP system.* Review calibration certificates to verify compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.* Maintain equipment calibration records and ensure timely updates.* Maintain quality records and ensure effective document control.* Serve as the technical data librarian by organizing, maintaining, and controlling technical documentation, procedures, specifications, manuals, and records.* Organize, update, and distribute controlled procedures, work instructions, forms, and technical documents.* Assist with onboarding and qualifying new suppliers, including maintaining supplier records and supporting supplier evaluations.* Support internal audits, desktop audits, and assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.* Track nonconformities and monitor corrective actions through closure.* Assist in preparing quality metrics and supporting management review meetings.* Maintain technician training records and competency documentation.* Support customer, regulatory, and accreditation audits.* Verify compliance with company procedures, quality standards, customer requirements, and accreditation requirements.* Indirect purchases for Quality and Engineering Departments* Perform general administrative duties in support of the Quality Department.**Our Benefits:*** Comprehensive medical insurance* Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave* Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution* Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance)* 9/80 work schedule* Paid volunteering opportunities* Access to mental health champions across our sites* Commitment to development* Employee referral program**#LI-Onsite***EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran***Compensation Pay Range***Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.**Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
