Location: Dallas, Texas (3 days onsite per week )
Contract:
Exp - 8 +Years Max.

Job Summary:
Looking for resource with strong SQL knowledge which includes having very good knowledge of Data reconciliation , proficiency in SQL queries - writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake . Should have knowledge of PostgreSQL and Snowflake .

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analyst / Data Engineer role is to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain.
The candidate should have strong experience understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools for insights.

Required Skills:
Data Analyst with strong understanding of Data models, writing complex queries in PostgreSQL & Snowflake.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Or Master's in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics
