Area Sales Manager - Houston Austin San Antonio

$70 - $80 per hour

Capital Equipment medical device sales for a market leader in the space. Â Selling sophisticated technology into the non-acute care / office based call point, for the premium brand market leader.Â Field based, not "on call". Â Â OTE $230KÂ

GEOGRAPHY:Â Â Houston, Austin, San Antonio

CANDIDATE LOCATION:Â Houston or AustinÂ

COMPENSATION:

$70-80KÂ base plus commissions on capital equipment sales
$5K commission guarantee for 3 months, plus additional incentives month 4-6Â
Year 1 average earnings $135-150 (b/c ramp up time with capital sales process)
On Target Earnings:Â $230KÂ
Car Allowance: $600 per month, plus gas, tolls, parkingÂ

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 full Years of Outside Sales ExperienceÂ
Experience in B2B high volume / daily activityÂ
Capital Equipment Sales a plusÂ
Track record of sustained success, year over year (at the same company)Â
Experience selling "consultatively, to create value". NOT selling exclusively on price or relationships.Â
Understand of capital financing helpfulÂ
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)Â
