We are seeking entrepreneurial professionals who want to build a successful career in commercial real estate while representing clients with integrity and professionalism This is an opportunity to join an experienced team, receive world-class training, and develop a highly rewarding long-term career helping clients navigate complex commercial real estate transactions WHAT YOU'LL DO: Represent clients in commercial real estate lease and purchase transactions Identify and develop new business opportunities Build lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers Evaluate commercial properties, locations, and investment opportunities Negotiate transaction terms and deal structures Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals throughout each transaction Analyze lease versus purchase scenarios and other financial considerations Deliver exceptional client service while always putting the client's interests first WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales, business development, or relationship management Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding goals Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Strong integrity and commitment to doing what's right for clients Comfortable navigating complex negotiations and solving challenging business problems Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn platforms such as Salesforce and DocuSign REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: Commercial real estate experience is not required . We provide comprehensive training in commercial real estate, negotiations, business development, and client representation You must have, or be willing to obtain, your commercial real estate license before beginning the role COMPENSATION: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission-based compensation . Typical Earnings: Year 1: $60,000-$80,000 Year 2: $80,000-$180,000 Year 3+: $200,000-$300,000+ Top Performers: $500,000-$800,000+ WHY JOIN US?
