Support full-cycle recruiting activities for intern and early-career roles, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and offer support Partner closely with recruiters to manage candidate pipelines, communications, and interview workflows across multiple roles Act as a day-to-day contact for interns and candidates; expedite issues as needed Partner with HR Ops on onboarding and program-related logistics Maintain accurate data in the ATS; assist with basic reporting or audits Assist with execution of the internship program, including logistics, coordination, and intern communications Skills: 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, HR, or program support Exposure to university or early-career recruiting is a plus Strong organization and follow-through Clear written and verbal communication Comfort with ATS tools and Google Workspace Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle sensitive information #J-18808-Ljbffr Net2Source (N2S)
