Skilled Trades Recruiting Manager - CRAFT RECRUITMENT NEEDED

We are looking for a Craft Recruiting Manager to lead and execute recruitment strategies tailored for the construction industry. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ and focuses on sourcing top trade talent while ensuring an exceptional hiring process. Description Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled craft professionals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company standards. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Work closely with the Human Resources team to support onboarding processes. Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Profile A successful Craft Recruiting Manager should have: Strong craft recruitment experience (must-have requirement). Previous people leadership experience.
