Parts Manager

A proven leader who knows how to maximize profitability, maintain inventory control, and deliver exceptional internal and external customer service. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years in dealership parts manager experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the parts department Maintain optimal inventory levels and control obsolescence Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts Lead, train, and develop parts team members Work closely with Service and Sales departments to maximize efficiency Monitor KPIs, gross profit, and departmental performance Implement processes to increase revenue and customer satisfaction Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Parts Manager (required) Automotive dealership experience (Honda or import experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Proven track record of increasing parts department profitability Experience with inventory management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a reputable dealership group Supportive and performance-driven work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
