Sales ManagerAmerican Residential Services (ARS), the nation's largest provider of residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support our in-home sales team and oversee our Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program throughout the greater Boston market.Working alongside the branch Sales Manager, this position will provide leadership and oversight of the sales department, including primary management coverage during the Sales Manager's scheduled days off. This leader will assist with interviewing and candidate selection, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management for in-home sales representatives.The Sales Manager will also oversee the performance of our retail alliance partnerships and lead generation program. This includes hiring, training, coaching, and managing retail lead generators, maintaining relationships with retail store leadership, and using KPIs and performance data to maximize staffing, store presence, lead volume, conversion, and overall results.This position reports to the branch General Manager and works closely with the branch Sales Manager to ensure consistent leadership across the in-home sales and retail lead generation teams.
