Sales Administrator

Job Description
The scope of the Senior Sales Admin role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the


sales administration team. This includes managing the processing of sales orders, handling customer

inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all sales-related paperwork is completed

efficiently and accurately. The supervisor also supports the sales team by providing administrative

assistance, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth

operations. They play a key role in improving internal processes, enhancing team productivity, and

ensuring that sales operations run smoothly.

Duties include but are not limited to the following: coordinates projects and activities for sales and

marketing services
•Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales administration team, ensuring timely and

accurate order processing.
•Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient

operations.
•Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team, including

tracking leads and follow-ups.
•Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
•Streamline sales processes, improve team productivity, and ensure compliance with company

policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience:
•3 to 5+ years of experience in sales administration or a related administrative role.
•Proven track record of supervising or managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processing tools.
•Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with performance tracking and reporting on sales-related data.
•Other job duties as assigned
