Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele

Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• At least two years recent experience in the field
• Recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze relevant data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement plans that prescribe interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide care in a safe environment.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
