Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for reach truck operators for our client in South Houston. The Reach Truck Operators are responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize materials within a warehouse environment. This role supports daily order picking, inventory handling, and material movement while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Essential Duties
Reach truck operation — maneuvering pallets in racking systems, highbay storage, and tight aisles
Order picking & staging — pulling product, preparing orders, and staging for shipment
Loading & unloading — assisting with inbound/outbound freight
RF scanner use — scanning, tracking, and updating inventory
Pallet movement — transporting materials using reach truck and pallet jacks
Stocking & replenishment — placing product into assigned locations
Safety compliance — following OSHA and facility safety procedures
Qualifications
Experience operating a reach truck in warehouse or distribution settings
Ability to read labels, pick tickets, and follow inventory procedures
Comfortable working at heights and navigating narrow aisles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Physical Requirements
Standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment throughout the shift
Ability to handle pallets, boxes, and materials up to facility weight limits
COMPENSATION- $18-$19
