Capstone Logistics
Capstone Logistics is seeking an On-Site Recruiter to support our distribution center in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality and experience in grassroots recruiting. Responsibilities include deploying recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with recruiting policies. A background in filling exempt level positions and proficiency in applicant tracking systems is preferred.
