Experienced Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Salary: $24.50 - $30.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses. Full benefits package available. Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8 am – 5 pm. Location: Renwood Apartment Homes – 9002 186th Ave E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. Qualifications 1 year or more of experience in property‑management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to use a computer and the property’s tracking systems. Ability to maintain a professional appearance. Willingness to comply with all safety regulations. Availability to work weekends and non‑traditional holidays. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed. Ability to lift 50 + lbs. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related systems. Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents.
