To learn more about us, visit Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies that align with market trends and company goals for the region. Lead the sales team and local agencies within the region to implement sales strategies within their territories. Manage direct reports in all aspects including hiring, performance management, sales targets, and expense management. Oversee critical accounts within the region in partnership with the sales team. Use data and market insights to refine your approach and maximize revenue opportunities. Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies. Actively engage in responsibilities and initiatives to ensure a safe work environment. Comply with and contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes and procedures. Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented workplace, which may include other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field. 7+ years relevant sales experience; prior sales management experience highly preferred. Travels on company business up to 50% within the domestic region. Working hours are generally daytime or shift; may require overtime or on-call shifts. Identify, coach and develop sales talent. Market knowledge, understanding key distribution partners, ability to drive demand at end user level, and what drives purchasing decisions. A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth. Ability to develop a sales strategy and pivot when necessary to achieve results. Highly autonomous with a strong entrepreneurial drive to build and manage region. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation), negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills. Compensation & Benefits The expected salary for this position is between $124,500.00 and $167,849.00 and may be eligible for incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
