Having been around for over fifty years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry.Position Summary:Anistar is seeking Cable Technicians for a long term opportunity to provide assistance with the installation, termination, and testing of various types of voice and data cables in a new construction environment.Job Responsibilities:Assisting with the pulling/installation of new fiber/cat6 cables in a new construction environmentRack and cabinet fabrication and installationCable dressing and labelingInstallation of cable support structures – fiber tray, cable tray, ladder rack, etc.Manual labor – moving boxes and materials around the job siteMust be able to follow directions and learnMust have prior commercial new construction experienceMust be able to work with a large teamRequirements:2+ years of commercial low-voltage or data center construction experienceAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to climb ladders and work from elevated work platforms (Boom and/or scissor lift)Must be capable of lifting 50-75lbsMust be able to follow directions and learnAbout Us:At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
