The office environment is team-oriented, process-driven, and fast-paced. The salary is $60,000$70,000 annually, depending on experience.

The Field Service Coordinator ensures efficient field operations by managing schedules, communicating with customers, and providing essential support to technicians to maintain exceptional service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians based on demand and geography
• Serve as the liaison between field teams and customers for scheduling and updates
• Track service calls, parts, and job completion timelines
• Maintain accurate records in the service management system
• Support compliance with safety and service quality protocols

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or a related role
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Strong proficiency with scheduling and CRM software
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
