• Current practice includes: One psychologist, One Behavioral Health Therapist (LPCC), One Psychiatric Mental Health NP, One LSW
• Onsite services: Family Medicine, Surgery, Optometry and PT/OT Therapy
• Outreach services: Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Nephrology, Hematology/Oncology, Cardiology, Podiatry & Dermatology
