What you will enjoy doing*

• You will be responsible for coordinating and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems
• Schedule and oversee repair, modification, and maintenance activities; supports the development and review of standard operating procedures
• Participate in process safety activities including HAZOPs and FMEAs and acts as a site liaison with the corporate process safety group, oversees new equipment installations
• You will ensure safe work practices are followed by maintenance and operations personnel
• Provide technical input on equipment lifecycle and new equipment purchases
• Coordinate material and equipment movement, contributes to Six Sigma projects, and other duties as assigned.

What makes you great

• You have a Bachelor of Science (preferred) or a high school diploma or GED
• Three to five (3-5) years of equipment maintenance experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) elements, including Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change, and Operating Procedures
• Working knowledge of welding techniques
• Experience with high-pressure piping systems and familiarity with cryogenic pumps and systems
• You have basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications

Pay range: $30.00 - $38.00 hourly
