Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care to residents. Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly. Implement and monitor infection control measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Participate in staff development and training programs. Qualifications of a Unit Manager: Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a long-term care setting.
