Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg bedside nursing care to adult patients.

• Monitor patient conditions and update electronic health records promptly.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Meet performance metrics and contribute to regional/department pipelines.

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to adjust care plans.

• Administer medications and perform basic treatments per protocols.

• Prioritize and triage patient needs to ensure timely interventions.

• Document care activities accurately to enhance visibility of work.

• Demonstrate a growth mindset by pursuing ongoing professional development.

• Provide compassionate patient and family education on care plans.

• Assist in care coordination and discharge planning for smooth transitions.

Experience/Qualifications

• Active RN license with Med/Surg certification or equivalent.

• Proven bedside Med/Surg nursing with adult patient care experience.

• Medication administration per protocol with safety standards.

• Ability to triage, prioritize, and respond to changing patient needs.

• Commitment to safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in EHR documentation and patient data entry.

• Strong collaboration with physicians and care teams for care plans.

• Capability to support discharge planning and care transitions.

• Evidence of ongoing professional development and growth mindset.

• On-site availability for part-time shifts with reliable attendance.
