LaSalle Network is partnering with our client, a PE backed, growth focused manufacturing organization, to hire a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist in Auburn, WA.
Our client is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment, balancing daily employee needs with compliance, training, and talent acquisition. This on-site, direct hire Bilingual Human Resources Generalist opportunity is exciting for someone who enjoys change management, building strong frontline relationships, and making a visible impact on culture, safety, and workforce continuity. If you’re energized by owning core HR processes end-to-end and partnering closely with operations leadership, this Human Resources Generalist role could be a great fit. Responsibilities:Lead site talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Oversee new hire orientation and training to support a smooth transition into the organization.
Enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA-related requirements.
Administer benefits processes, including enrollments and employee communications.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and sensitive conversations, with professionalism and discretion.
Utilize HR systems for time and labor, onboarding workflows, payroll approvals, and benefits administration.
Manage regulatory compliance activities, including workers’ compensation administration and OSHA reporting.
Coordinate training and development programs to strengthen workforce skills and support safety initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality while managing personnel administration, payroll-related processing, and personnel records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an associate degree with 5–8 years of experience supporting a manufacturing location.
Experience supporting a multi-shift, hourly/production workforce.
Working knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety compliance.
Experience with workers’ compensation case management and return-to-work programs.
Demonstrated recruiting expertise using applicant tracking systems and structured hiring processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) and HR systems (time and labor, onboarding, payroll approvals, benefits, and background check portals).
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) strongly preferred.

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000
Benefits (Direct Hire): Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance
Bonus Eligibility: Eligible to earn discretionary bonus.
