We are seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Material Handler / Quality Inspector to join our team in Doral, FL. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or aviation parts experience looking for a stable first-shift position with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming aviation parts and materials

• Verify part numbers, quantities, condition, and supporting documentation

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records

• Report inventory discrepancies and quality concerns

• Stock incoming materials and warehouse supplies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company quality and safety procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or aviation parts experience

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, ISO, or AS standards is a plus

Additional Information

• Steel-toe shoes are required on your first day

• Employees who convert to permanent status after 90 days may receive up to $80 reimbursement for steel-toe shoes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
