Plumbing Design Engineer

Overview Plumbing Design Engineer (Healthcare/Labs) – Hybrid Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year We are a full-service engineering consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing high-quality MEPFP services since 1941. This role focuses on plumbing design for healthcare, labs, biotech, mission critical, and commercial facilities. Responsibilities Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration, as necessary. Performs 3D Revit and 2D CAD work. Medical gas experience. Performs involved and detailed design requirements. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.). Maintains working knowledge of current Building Codes. Demonstrates high written and verbal communication skills and works effectively as a team member. Qualifications Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of current Building Codes. Medical gas experience is preferred. Experience with Biotech, Labs, Healthcare, Science & Technology, Mission Critical and Commercial facilities is desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills; team-oriented approach.
