Job Opportunity

Our client, a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice for over 20 years and has been named a Top Workplace 11 years in a row, is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations.

Job Details:

Weekend Home Health RNs in Carnegie/Crafton PA:

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday On-Call Fri, Sat and Sun

2 Holidays a year

Pay per Visit position so Earning Potential is unlimited

Travel is within 45min -1 hour

$15K Bonus (Paid out quarterly)

Outcome based Bonus ($1K per quarter)

State of the Art Technology reducing time spent on charting

Schedules are built one-month in advance and there are schedulers to assist in schedule creation

A comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program with stipend

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans

Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA and surrounding areas

Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations

Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

Self-manage time and schedule

Requirements:

Pennsylvania Active RN license

1 year of professional experience as an RN

Associates Degree in Nursing or higher

BLS/CPR Certification (If you don't have one, we'll help you get it!)

Valid driver's license, reliable mode of transportation and auto insurance

Must reside locally
