Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite Role -5 Days Onsite Per Week) Teams Meeting Interview Job Description: 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs . Strong experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects. Automotive Cloud experience preferre d.Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, deployment, and hypercare suppor t.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectation s.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define project roadmap and implementation strateg y.Lead Agile delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release plannin g.Track project health, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and escalation managemen t.Ensure delivery excellence through quality governance, testing oversight, release management, and production readiness review s.Manage cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and third-party vendor s.Experience working with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and DevOps processe s.Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architectur e.Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, et c.Strong client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skill s.Experience in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologi #J-18808-Ljbffr United Software Group
