Job Details: Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $88,000 $0.57 - $0.620 per mile Live stop pay: $65 per stop Drop/hook pay: $45 Detention: $23 - $33 per hour (after one hour) Hazmat load: $45 Driver load/unload: $45 Driver assist: $25 Yard checks: $23 per hour Refused delivery: $45 Truck order not used: $35 Crosstown, empty move, rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $23 per hour empty search: $23 per hour Safety training: $23 per hour Overweight rework: $20 per hour Reefer load: $40 Trainee pay: $200 per day Holiday pay: $200 per day Driver Benefits: ??
