Senior Software Engineer (AI Data Eng)

Salary: $190,000 - 225,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced software engineer with 5+ years of engineering experience, especially strong in Python and SQL.
• We value proven experience across the full feature development lifecycle, including partnering with product managers, defining scope, and shaping data models and pipeline architectures.
• We expect fluency with agentic coding tools such as Cursor AI and/or Claude.
• We need experience designing, building, and launching backend systems for multi-tenant, multi-user environments, with attention to pipeline performance and data quality checks.
• We are seeking someone who can move comfortably between rapid prototyping and stable production delivery.
• We want someone who can write technical design documents, conduct code reviews, and uphold modern engineering standards.
• We look for strong business acumen, including the ability to ask the right questions, understand client problems, and demonstrate technical impact through data.
• We require clear written and verbal communication skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We value strong collaboration skills and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback across teams.

• We use agentic coding workflows to accelerate feature prototyping, code generation, and test coverage.
• We define specifications, set repository-context guardrails, and review AI-accelerated output for security, scalability, and architectural fit.
• We design, build, and maintain application layers and data pipelines that support our growing user base.
• We work closely with product, client services, and data science teams to translate raw pipeline outputs into actionable insights.
• We take end-to-end ownership of greenfield engineering efforts, from rapid prototyping to launching enterprise-grade production systems.
