Site Security Lead: Patrols, CCTV & Incident Response

Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee security operations and ensure the safety of our premises and personnel. If you have a background in law enforcement or security, we want to hear from you. Duties Supervise and coordinate security staff Implement security policies and procedures Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment Monitor surveillance equipment including CCTV systems Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly Provide training on security protocols Handle incidents and conflicts effectively Maintain accurate records of security incidents Experience Prior experience in a supervisory security-related role is required Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance operations Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred Possession of a valid driver's license Strong background in law enforcement or military is a plus Excellent conflict management skills Possession of relevant security certificates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Experience: Previous Security Supervisor Experience Required Additional Information All candidates must be willing to submit to a background check.
