Key Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager: Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through final inspections and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules using Buildertrend. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Monitor budgets, job costs, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders. Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and oversee punch-list completion. Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager: Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or similar construction projects. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, sequencing, and building systems. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and surveys. Experience with scheduling, estimating, budgeting, purchasing, and cost control. Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between project sites.
