Litigation Attorney

Overview CB Partners has partnered with a well-established Colorado firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing team. This opportunity offers immediate hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to a diverse range of complex civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with: Drafting pleadings, motions, and written discovery Taking and defending depositions Attending hearings and participating in case strategy Conducting legal research and preparing substantive written analysis Managing deadlines and collaborating with clients and colleagues Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills, along with a solid understanding of Colorado civil procedure. Experience handling insurance defense, construction defect, personal injury or other complex civil litigation matters is highly preferred.
