Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Telemetry Spine unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with background in Med/Telemetry or a related specialty
• Current BLS certification required
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and interpret telemetry in a clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience on a spine or orthopedic unit
• Experience in a high-volume acute care or Level II trauma center environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
