We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead the field operations of ground-up projects throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering education, municipal, government, institutional, or other commercial construction projects involving concrete and/or structural steel construction. Your new role

• Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel
• Lead daily site meetings and communicate project goals effectively
• Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays
• Coordinate inspections and owner walkthroughs
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent
• Demonstrated experience on education, K-12, higher education, municipal, civic, government, or institutional projects
• Experience managing projects involving structural steel and/or cast-in-place concrete construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
• Experience coordinating MEP trades and complex building systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
