Ideal Candidate We're looking for a pediatrician who: Is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Has an impeccable professional reputation and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Is excited about the direct primary care philosophy and building long-term patient relationships. Ideally has been in the practice in the community for at least 10 years. Possesses outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated to help grow a premier pediatric practice. Compensation Target annual income of approximately $300,000 with a full panel of 400 patients. Revenue-share/partnership opportunities available for the right physician.
