As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a Swarovski advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. About the Job Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance Step in for the Store Manager as needed Pay range $30.00 - $33.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.
