More information about FNF can be found at fnf.com.**LOCATION**This position is onsite based in Portland, OR.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Assists Escrow Officer with opening orders, clearing title, client communications, basic document preparation, funding conditions, recording packages and disbursements. Supports office with shared duties which may include reception and banking functions.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High School Diploma or equivalent.* Minimum of 1 year in the Commercial Real Estate space.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.* Exceptional verbal/written communication.* Organizational, problem-solving capability.* Analytical skills.* Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.* Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
