Senior Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with Adobe Campaign and Adobe product experience to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT support team, collaborating closely with various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Senior Business Systems Analyst Location Owings Mills, Maryland (work on site 2 days a week) Duration one year plus contract What's the Job? Perform analysis, design, implementation, and support of business applications. Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals. Gather requirements from business units and translate them into technical specifications for developers. Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions. Support complex business processes and work on multiple projects as part of project teams. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field. Data analysis and ETL analysis experience (such as data modeling, Informatica, SnapLogic, or other data analysis experience) Adobe Campaign V7 or V8 experience Adobe product experience (Adobe Experience Cloud such as AEP, FAC, Campaign or Analytics) Manual testing experience including developing test plans and test cases Basic knowledge of programming languages to understand code and functions.
