Panel Assembler

Join a growing manufacturing team assembling and wiring electrical control panels for industrial equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys electrical work, working from schematics, and building equipment from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels.
• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Install switches, relays, terminal blocks, breakers, and other electrical components.
• Route, cut, strip, label, and terminate wiring.
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
• Inspect completed panels for proper wiring and quality.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and wiring issues.
• Work closely with technicians and other team members to complete builds.

What We're Looking For

• Electrical wiring, panel building, or electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or assembly experience is a plus.
• Technical or electrical training is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
