What You ll Do

• Provide expert care for patients in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings
• Conduct rounds, diagnostic procedures, and endoscopy in our hospital-owned outpatient endoscopy center
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including APP support and hospital staff
• Manage a typical patient load with support from clinic APPs
• Participate in teaching and possibly academic activities through the GME program (optional)
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of gastroenterology procedures and best practices
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare policies

What You Need

• Required:
  • Michigan medical license
  • Board Eligible or Certified in Gastroenterology (must attain certification if eligible)
  • ERCP certification a must
  • 5-8 years of GI experience (excluding residency/fellowship)
  • Full COVID vaccination (or approved exemption)
• Preferred:
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL or PMP
  • Additional industry or clinical certifications
