Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Mechatronics Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of Mechatronics Engineers and Mechanical Engineers dedicated to designing, developing, and testing actuation solutions and next-generation robotic systems. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of actuation and robotic hardware development—guiding your team as they create detailed design specifications and models, conduct simulations, and rigorously test and validate systems from concept through production readiness and scaled deployment.You will serve as a technical people leader, setting the standard for engineering excellence while fostering collaboration and high performance across mechanical and mechatronics disciplines. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
