PROGRAM ANALYST
US Marine Corps
DutiesYou will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs.You will conduct program compliance surveillances.You will make recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program non-compliance and reverse adverse trends.You will collect, review, evaluate, analyze and categorize Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports data.You will prepare and issue a weekly, quarterly, and yearly assessment report for all established programs.You will act as an advocate for department programs and implement policies established by higher levels.
