Membership Growth Director — Lead Sales & Revenue

AFC Fitness is looking for a Senior Membership Director to drive sales success and lead membership growth initiatives at one of our premier locations in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. In this pivotal role, you will implement sales strategies, manage team performance, and oversee revenue management. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
